The vision of the Westwood Regional School District’s Mentoring Program is to increase retention of highly qualified novice teachers by providing them with professional and emotional support through mentoring and other complementary programs. The result of our program will be the rapid growth of novice teachers, increased professional collegiality among all staff, and improved student learning.
