Welcome to the 2009 -2010 Winter Track Season for Westwood Regional High School.
We are in the last year of our affiliation with the BCSL American Division of Bergen County. We belong to the North 1 Section of the NJSIAA, being a group 1 school for now, the smallest of the four State divisions.
We are all about self improvement, competition and excellence. Currently, Girls are defending League and State Sectional Champs, looking to contribute further to the tradition.

Quick Facts, 2009—2010:
We DO:
· Practice outside in all weather conditions.
· Have meets all over the place, at odd times.
· Expect that all athletes keep up with schoolwork, even at meets.
· Demand commitment, contribution and class from everyone.
· Get fit, fit, fit.
· Expect to have a great season to remember and be proud of.
· Require all forms in and cleared before the season starts.
· Need to be prepared with running shoes and gear for cold temps.
We DO NOT:
· Tolerate unexcused absences. Courtesy and commitment please. 2 and you’re through.
· Accommodate complicated schedules for your personal reasons.
· Accept part-time athletes. Commit or quit.
· Put up with people who can not become personally responsible.
· Discriminate. You will be given as many opportunities to succeed as your dedication and desire will allow, regardless of grade, sex or ability.
