Welcome to JPAC
My name is Mrs. Bagley and I am delighted to be your director for this years musical production! With the help of my production team we will work to make this an experience that you will never forget!
If you did not have an opportunity to sign up to express your interest in being part of the production at the club fair last week, please see me at some point in the coming weeks so I can add your name to the list. We are looking for singers, dancers, actors, artists for props and set design, tech people for lights and sound, and set crew. So even if you don't like being in the spotlight, the theatre holds opportunities for you as well!
We will have an interest meeting on Wednesday, October 30th at 3 p.m.in the cafeteria to discuss what production we will be doing, the audition process, and to give you an opportunity to ask any questions you may have.
Auditions will take place on Tuesday, December 17th, Wednesday, December 18th and Thursday, December 19th. The cast list will be posted on Friday, December 20th. Cast will be given scripts and music to become familiar with over the break.
Rehearsals will begin when we return on January 2nd. Students in the cast will be required to be present almost every day after school until 4:30 p.m. The schedule for the following week will be posted on Fridays so you will be able to check which days you are needed onstage. Set crew and tech will not be needed everyday until we get closer to showtime in March.
The dates for the musical are Friday, March 28th at 7 p.m., Saturday, March 29th at 7 p.m., and Sunday, March 30th at 2 p.m.
