Woodington Players Present: Disney's "Beauty and the Beast"

Beauty and the Beast Be our guest! The Woodington Players of Westwood Regional Jr./Sr. High School proudly present Disney's Beauty and the Beast, a magical story about love, friendship and discovering the true beauty within oneself. Westwood students ranging in grade from 8-12 are featured onstage and backstage in this classic story, with music by Alan Menken, lyrics by Howard Ashman and Tim Rice and book by Linda Woolverton. Favorite sing-along-songs include "Beauty and the Beast,” "Be Our Guest" and “Something There.”

Performances are scheduled for 7pm Thursday, March 9; 7pm Friday, March 10; and 1pm and 7pm on Saturday March 11. All performances run in the Campbell Auditorium, under the direction of Joseph Fritz and producer Krista Reagan, Westwood Regional Jr./Sr. High School teachers. Other Westwood teachers involved in the production include Lisa Bagley, as music director, Adelyn Perez Gann, as choreographer, James Lawrence, as pit director, and M. Daniel Pena, as technical director.


Tickets can be purchased online in advance at  Presale tickets are $12 for adults/students/seniors and $5 for children under 2.  At the door, tickets are $15 for adult admission, $12 for students and senior citizens, and $5 for children under 2. Westwood Regional Jr./Sr. High School is at 701 Ridgewood Road, Township of Washington, NJ.
