Students in Mrs.Bellezza's anatomy classes are creating their own 3-D model of the skin. Each side of their creative models showcases different aspects of the integumentary system—from detailed 3D structures of skin layers to drawings and descriptions of various skin cancers.




Mrs. Keller's high school photography class had an incredible time yesterday! She guided the students through the art of capturing the perfect shot with carved pumpkins, experimenting with smoke balls for a magical touch. The focus on timing, lighting, and shutter speed took their creativity to new heights, helping them freeze these enchanting moments in time.

Sophomores and Juniors: Students who provided their mobile # during PSAT 2024 will receive a text message when your scores are available. You will need your phone # to securely access the app, but no password is required. Scores available on November 7, 2024.
Additionally, you will see a sample list of growing careers that connect to the math, reading, and writing skills you demonstrated on the PSAT/NMSQT. Also, students can opt in to Connections™ to hear from institutions that may be a good fit.
*Students who can’t or don’t want to use the app can still get PSAT scores by logging in to your College Board account.

Mrs. Keller & Mrs. Duffus accompanied Art students to National Portfolio Day on October 26, where over 50 accredited Art/Design Schools assessed portfolios for college admissions. Our students received positive feedback & valuable insights on applying to art and design schools.

The High School Environmental Club spent the day cleaning up the Woodcliff Lake Reservoir. 40 students collected over 1,000 pounds of garbage, including multiple tires and a shopping cart.





Our high school students had a fantastic experience yesterday at the Bronx Zoo. Students observed exhibits throughout the entire Zoo while focusing on the effects of climate change and human impact on ecosystems and on a larger scale biomes throughout the world.





Congratulations to our varsity debate team for sweeping the second tournament of the season yesterday at North Bergen High School. Shout out to captains Angel Morales and Daniel Shotkin for winning first place team of the day, Angel Morales for winning second place speaker, Daniel Shotkin for winning 1st place speaker and to Emma DePeola for winning best judge. The team looks forward to their next tournament at Fort Lee High School in November. Go Cards!


Fall testing is complete. We would like to extend a thank you to our school-counseling department for organizing and facilitating a series of test administrations at different grade levels to ensure students are prepared for graduation and beyond. Students in Ms. Martello's Geometry class work in groups on a vertical non-permanent surface (from Building Thinking Classrooms in Mathematics) to grapple with finding the number of ways to win a 3-dimensional tic-tac-toe game on a 3 X 3 X 3 board.



Students in Mr. Gunneson’s High School Materials & Processing class are creating seasonal festive light boxes.




Mr. Chen's Physics class is blasting off this October! The students are using the powerful motion equations of physics to calculate how fast these rockets blast off.
