In 6th grade Science, students recently used crayons to simulate the rock cycle that happens in nature. During the process they created sediments, sedimentary, metamorphic, igneous rocks and melted them down to magma to observe all of the different processes involved in the rock cycle. What an engaging activity to help students internalize the various rock formations!

High School theater students saw the highly anticipated film Wicked. Following the movie, the students led discussion groups critiquing the film and compared it to the live production.
