Victoria Bross is seen here participating in a virtual meeting for Granite United Way where she is interning in the Public Relations Department as part of the High School Work-Based Learning Program. Victoria hopes to pursue a career in Public Relations after graduation.


Katie Black, a senior participant in the daily Work Based Learning Program, is working as a manager at Dairy Queen. She is working alongside the operations manager and intends to continue managing Dairy Queen after graduation with future aspirations of owning one.

Great day for the Westwood Regional High School Debate Team on Friday! We won trophies in all three categories of the competition: best judge, 2nd place best team and 3rd place best speaker overall. Go Cards!

Students in Mr. Chen's AP Physics 2 class are combining their knowledge of motion, energy and fluids for a target test. They made a hole in the bottle and let the water flow with the power of water pressure. Can they hit the target on the first try?

All students in grades 9-12 viewed our Week of Respect assembly titled, "Digital Dilemma." The presenter, Tim Shoemaker, gave students information and tips on how to best protect their privacy on their cell phones and social media. The workshop also covered topics such as cyberbullying and the importance of respecting others. All parents are welcome to attend the parent version of the program tonight at 6:30pm in the Hurley Theater.


Ms. Gilbert's Chemistry class works on their Mole Day projects. Mole Day is a celebration of chemistry in general. The animal mole has become a mascot for the chemistry unit (the mole).



Our annual Pumpkin Carving and Painting event will take place on October 16th in our cafeteria from Noon to 3:00 PM. Sponsored by our National Art, International Thespian, and Tri-M Honor Societies. Always a great event to bring the kids!

Students in Mr. Chen's Physics class are playing a review game called Physics Among Us. The groups are given a task to represent motion with multiple representations but there are some imposters that are trying to trick the other groups into believing their wrong answers.
