Thank you to our Student Assistance Counselor, Ms. Cornell and PE/Health Teacher, Mr. Gatens for completing the six-week Teen Mental Health First AId course with the Class of 2028. Our grade 9 students are mental health first aid certified. We are grateful for our partnership and collaboration with our Physical Education/ Health Department.

WRHS TV/Film students partnered with local businesses to create content for their ‘Building Local Brands Through Media’ project! Thank you Harmony Tea Room, Triple 10 Boxing, Eighty Twenty Smash, The Gem Mine, Goldberg’s Bagels & Marijana Hair & Color for giving our students a hands-on learning experience!
Our exercise physiology class learning about the different ways to calculate body composition. They took a trip to the athletic training room where Frank Armstrong taught the students about taking body fat measurements through ultrasound.
Our Sports Medicine class visited our high school Athletic Trainer, Frank Armstrong, to get a lesson and demonstration on therapeutic modalities.
Congratulations to Mr. Pena and Mr. Fritz and our amazing Music Department! Voted "Best Communities for Music Education" for the eleventh year in a row from the NAMM Foundation.
