Readers in Mrs. Basovsky's class are engaged and inquisitive during their Character Studies Book Clubs. They are asking questions such as: What are the main character’s traits? What do we notice about what the character is saying and how he/she is acting? #BESTatBrookside

In Mr. DePeri's AP Computer Science class, students worked on creating codes in a program which allows any user and a friend to play a game of Tic-Tac-Toe! Each program provides accurate instructions on how to play each round of the game. Great job students!

Mr. Oki Gunawan, IBM electrical engineer, came in with a grab bag of magnetism demonstrations to Mr. Chen's Physics class showing the fundamentals of magnetism and how it powers our technology in transportation. Our very own Nate Gunawan led the demonstrations!
