Continuing to celebrate 100+ days of schools at Washington... We're crushing it in kindergarten!





A group of National Junior Honor Society students, led by 8th grader Riley Falk, collected over 20 large bags and boxes of food to be donated to local families in need!


Thank you Mrs. Windle, High School PSO President, and Berkeley Families for the SHOUT OUTS to staff! What a great way to start the week!

Mrs. Keller's photo classe are learning about Black History in photography in a "Photo Daily Focus" including reflections on photographers that captured the Civil Rights Movement, BLM Movement, with a focus on other photographers that captured iconic moments in black history.

Third Grade classes enjoyed our Virtual Field Trip to Tenafly Nature Center to learn about the Lives of the Lenape.

Back from a long weekend on a Wellness Wednesday with an Orange Essential Oil Sachet. Orange essential oil increases mood & mental alertness. This sachet is the perfect pick-me-up & an excellent tool for a mindfulness break to recharge our JFG teachers and staff!

Mrs. Wren's Psychology class acknowledges Black History Month by featuring Dr. Kenneth Clark and Dr. Mamie Clark, two prominent Black Psychologists during the Civil Rights Movement. The "Doll Test" was referenced in the historic Brown v. Board of Education Supreme Court Case.

Mr. Thames US History II class acknowledged Black History Month by learning about the beginning of The Great Migration of African Americans from the rural South to the urban Northeast, Midwest, and West.


Our varsity debate team had another successful tournament! Grace Mohr won an award for best judge. Marta Bystrowska & Olivia Larsen also won several rounds from the day's tournament, continuing to climb the league's rankings. We are so proud of our team's continued growth!
